Especially online lead generation, it’s my claim to fame since I started my first real estate brokerage in Downtown Boston REX Real Estate back in 2003!
And so I am constantly tweeking, and building websites, and testing what’s working and what’s not working with online lead generation. I LOVE this stuff, and am always thinking outside the box ways to generate more leads.

For example: Right now I am testing out using Facebook for online lead generation and I plan on releasing the case study results on that soon I was hoping to do it this past weekend, and I just don’t have enough data just yet to report back….stay tuned for that one as I am using an interesting angle and look forward to reporting back.
Now my favorite, absolute favorite way of generating leads is using the search engines, Google, BING, Yahoo, etc.
And the reason for that is, because that’s the most targeted traffic you can get.
See with Facebook, and classified sites like Craigs List; visitors are not really typing into a search box what they want like they do with Google, and other search engines like Yahoo, BING (now I am not saying that leads from Facebook, or Craigs List are bad, all I am saying is that you may need more of those leads or more traffic from those sites to convert to a sale vs. the search engines)
Therefore that traffic is not as targeted, and that’s why I love getting my websites to rank high on the search engines, because it’s the best targeted traffic you can get…Traffic that puts more money in your pocket.
