Today’s BPO REO Success tip is about QUALITY! You know how in business and in real estate you hear that the key to success is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Well in the BPO REO Business the key to success is QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY!

Sloppy BPO Reports, Pictures, and Expense Reports get rejected very easily in this business.
Take the extra 30 seconds to a minute and make sure you’re presenting a quality report, and you’re providing a quality service that stresses fast response times.

If you follow this mantra your success will come very fast in this business.
See a lot of other agents are careless and want to get the work done sloppy, or procrastinate and don’t get the work in on time. And once that happens that agent is off the radar, and no longer a likely candidate for more business.

So what are somethings you can do to insure you provide a quality valuable service to BPO Companies and Asset Managers.

Here are some tips:
–Keep In Touch With Your BPO Company Representative Call Every Time you submit a BPO to insure they received your order and for you to build rapport
–Use Factual Language in Your BPO Not Subjective Language
–Keep Your Pictures Clean So They Don’t Get Kicked Back, and DON’T use pictures from MLS in your BPO Report. Get new pictures that’s what you’re getting paid to do. Pictures in the MLS Could be outdated and may not be a good representation of the properties current condition.
–Be On Time With Your Order, or If You Can Get It In Earlier than required.
–Try and investigate what time they send out their email blasts for new orders. They usually do it everyday at the same time. So knowing this gives you a heads up and you can stand by your computer
at that time or train someone to do it for you so you can accept more orders.
–The more orders you do for a company the more URGENT High Paying Orders you’ll get once you prove yourself.
